The Department of Customer Service (a.k.a. ATL311) had their budget briefing on Friday, May 6, at 1:00pm. (video | slides)

The total proposed operating budget for Department of Customer Service is $7,549,097. This is a decrease of $486,010 (-6%) from the previous year. The number of authorized positions (jobs) is proposed to increase from 122 to 130 (+7%).
