The Department of Information Management (also known as “Atlanta Information Management” or just “AIM” for short) oversees and guides all technology-related activities associated with the delivery of products and services managed by every department of the City.
Budget Overview
The total proposed FY2026 operating budget for the department is $40,075,741. This is a decrease of $2,305,707 (-5.8%) from the previous year.
The number of authorized full-time equivalent positions (jobs) is proposed to increase from 149 to 150 (+0.7%).
